We have been at 100 Landsdowne for 8 years now — it's a great building, with excellent views, well-maintained facilities, and a professional concierge staff. Special shout-out to Abderrahim from maintenance, who always responds to service requests in record time!
I’ve lived here for 6 months. Great location by a park, 10 minutes on foot to Central T stop. It’s the tallest building in a few blocks, so the views are unbeatable on the higher floors. It’s modern and well maintained, with some mild scuffs and marks on the cabinets that I don’t mind much. There’s hot/cold AC in the unit which works quite well. However, each unit comes with pre-installed rolling blinds on the large windows that are half-transparent, so if you’re east/south/west facing, the sun can be too much even with the ... read more
We have loved living here and have renewed our lease for the third year! The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Abderrahim Aniny is very helpful and prompt in responding to our maintenance requests. The amenities are great and the location is outstanding.
Been here for about 3 years and I have nothing but positive reviews about Abderrahim Aniny. Amazing person with great attitude even when things are braking at random he always shows up and is available. Love his support
