We really enjoyed living here for a year and a half. As newcomers to Boston relocating from overseas, this apartment was a great first choice. The lease management team was friendly, flexible, and accommodating—we truly felt valued as tenants. The location and unit interior were excellent, with up-to-date kitchen appliances. We had a great 7+ years in 100 and are now moving on to a new adventure! We have had a great experience living in this building! A special shout out to Lee T. in the leasing office, who was one of the first teams we met and is still here to provide great support! Also, thanks to Gloria, Brian, and the maintenance team, who are always quick to address any issues and ensure that everything runs efficiently. Previously we lived in KBL for a year and we had great experience and the only tiny drawback was general laundry on the first floor. The rest experience was really good, especially that apartment is huge in comparison with same level buildings (thanks to old factory) and we made friends there with family who live there 5 years already. I came in for a tour. The leasing team was really helpful and the property was well maintained. All my questions where answered and it’s definitely at the top of my list.
As of 6/7/2024, the new (“concierge”) team at the lobby front desk are sometimes not present (ie on breaks), and do not return to their post at the time that the front desk is advertising that they will return. In addition, the equipment in the fitness room is probably over 15 years old and not regularly maintained.
