Been living at one of 10 West Real Estate Groups managed properties for 6 months now and must say when it comes to Maintenance Requests or other Property based issues they are always top notch fixing or trying to fix things as quickly as possible. We have had a great experience living at a 10 West property! One of the property managers, Kelly, has done a great job being communicative and helpful whenever needed. Armando has also done a fantastic job providing timely and effective maintenance service. The staff is friendly and helpful with any requests that we have made, which makes living here a great experience!
I work for the roofing company that handles the repairs for the quail ridge properties and their contractor Mando is a pleasure to work with. Always quick to answer a call or respond to a text if we have any questions or need anything from him while working on their properties.
