We signed a lease with Lakeside Village Apartments Mundelein which is managed by 10 West Real Estate Group. We had requested a move-in date within 3 business days, and the team was able to make the lease sign to move-in process without much of a hassle. I would like to give special thanks to Lauren Coleman to make this effort seamless.
I have to say I am quite impressed with the new management and all of the improvements/changes. I have been seeing. Most recently, I had an incident with ants coming through the AC area because of the dirt outside and the warmer temperatures, Kristina took great care to ensure that the problem is taken care of.
