I would like to write a review regarding the new management team here at Parkside apartments (currently managed by 10 West Real Estate Group). I have resided here for many years. And as of late I have seen a complete positive and needed change at Parkside Apartments. Vincent, the property manager and Vince the maintenance manager take care of business at once. They are fast and efficient.
Tahjae the leasing agent showed me 4 units on a Sunday morning and was fantastic in helping me arrive at a decision for an apartment!

We signed a lease with Lakeside Village Apartments Mundelein which is managed by 10 West Real Estate Group. We had requested a move-in date within 3 business days, and the team was able to make the lease sign to move-in process without much of a hassle. I would like to give special thanks to Lauren Coleman to make this effort seamless.
