I wanted to update my previous review because the positive changes in the office just keep giving me reasons to smile. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Gina in the office. She was genuinely pleasant to speak with, attentive, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and the people she’s helping. This is honestly the first time since I moved into this building in 2015 that I’ve felt spoken to and treated like a human being…not just another tenant.
