Extremely unprofessional. Was told there was a half an hour wait, it took that long just to get the paperwork, while other people walked in and was handed paperwork. After 65 minutes of being in the lobby, they called to ask for a astronomical co pay that I know for a fact my insurance does not charge more the $35. We left and went to the local ER and was in a room in less then five minutes.... Note when someone says they have as hard time breathing that is pretty Urgent!!!
