I am the tenant association representative for 10 Sampson and want to provide clarification regarding the recent negative reviews. After looking into this matter, we discovered that both reviews were created under accounts set up solely to post negative comments about the building. Many of our tenants have lived here for over a decade without any issues with management or the landlord. Been here a few years and it only gets worse. People are very nice but save your money and go somewhere else. Dirty, loud, and noisy. Building owners are super cheap and do enough just to get by if even that. Hallway rugs haven’t been vacuumed in years and the cleaning company does the bare minimum. On your visit, check out how dirty the moldings are, the front door is disgusting, chipped paint and and just dirty everywhere. Gym hasn’t been cleaned in years. George and Amy provide excellent service, ensuring quick resolution of any issues and keeping us well-informed. Ten Sampson is a great place to live thanks to them!
George, the super, has been so helpful to us during our move here! He is attentive, kind, and keeps the place well maintained. Our apartment is beautiful and was cleaned upon our arrival. Amy, the property manager, has also been helpful through the move in process! My family and I love living here so far.
