We have been here for a few months now and it has been an amazing experience. Everyone is so friendly and the building is well maintained and clean! George has also been wonderful and kind. He is always quick to respond and help us when we have any issues.
I am the tenant association representative for 10 Sampson and want to provide clarification regarding the recent negative reviews. After looking into this matter, we discovered that both reviews were created under accounts set up solely to post negative comments about the building. Many of our tenants have lived here for over a decade without any issues with management or the landlord. Been here a few years and it only gets worse. People are very nice but save your money and go somewhere else. Dirty, loud, and noisy. Building owners are super cheap and do enough just to get by if even that. Hallway rugs haven’t been vacuumed in years and the cleaning company does the bare minimum. On your visit, check out how dirty the moldings are, the front door is disgusting, chipped paint and and just dirty everywhere. Gym hasn’t been cleaned in years. George, the super, has been so helpful and efficient in handling any issue that have come up. He was quick to resolve any concerns and kept good communication throughout the whole process.
