Security: Bikes have been stolen from the "secure" bike area at least three times since I've moved in 6 months ago. The last time the bikes wires were cut, and they have not been replaced. Do not let bike storage be a pro if you're thinking about moving in. I've alerted the issue to the staff, who could not appear to care any less and just said, "nobody else has reported this." K? Apartment: I like the apartment a lot. The place is very cute. The measurements on the website for my layout are off by 4+ feet. Dont be fooled- the living room is NOT 19.6ft. I think I measured 14/5. Otherwise, it's cute and as advertised- very bright, lots of storage, exactly what I wanted. It was also very clean and ready for me when I moved in. Thanks Chloe! Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to live. Incompetent at addressing major maintenance issues. Will give you a deflecting answer but no action. 4 weeks later, apartment floor still covers with water when it rains or snows.
