This apartment is in a great location, close to IU, and it is very convenient for taking the bus. The leasing office staff are thoughtful and friendly. Heather, who helped me find my first apartment in Bloomington, always answered my questions, even when I was being very particular. I really appreciated her patience and support. The front desk lady Naomi is horrible, she doesn’t know anything, can’t answer any questions. Anything u ask she’ll say I’ll get back to u and never does. She’s literally just a place holder in the office. Worst staff I hav ever experienced. She’s never in the office never helps in anyway if your not able to reach the property manager consider ur problem ongoing it will not be solved by naomi
