Always a nice place. Joel just helped me in the parking lot. What a legend. It reminds me of why I love WNC and the people around here.
living space is nice however management and maintenance is awful. They close out tickets without even visiting the unit. The last month with new people moving in there has been a lot more of dog poop in the parks. The fence isn't fully secured where a dogs head can go through or even a small dog can make its way through. We have been seeing more cigarette butts scatter through the property as well.
