I have lived here less than a year. I pay $1800/month and I wanted to disclose what that includes. It includes a huge gym. No parking. If a tenant has any visitors, the visitors CAN and WILL park in the rent-paying, tenants spots for as long as they want as long as the visitors’ vehicles are registered which is truly unfair when they do not pay to live here. I've lived here for almost 2 years. There's been so many problems with basic things like parking and mail. There's barely enough parking for residents. I've lost count on how many times I've had to park at the gravel lot which is all the way down a steep road because there wasn't any parking available. There also isn't a side walk to the gravel lot and it's poorly lit. As far as the mail goes, every time we get a delivery from anyone other then Amazon, we have to go look for it because it gets misdelivered to the wrong apart... read more

The experience was great, definitely gave me a warm feeling. Margaret was very informative and gave great detail on the tour. She was very nice and patient while I looked around the apartment and asked questions.
We’ve lived here since Nov ‘23. The location is great, apartment is safe and pretty quiet. Very dog friendly. Sad they took away our second dog park as some dogs don’t mingle well and having the second option was nice but we’re navigating. Maintenance is very prompt! And respectful when they enter. Joel changed some lights recently, he was great!
