The new management is doing a great job, they keep the building clean and they are always there to answer any questions or solve your problems quickly! Hope they keep doing a great job.
There is a lady janitor was very rude and disrespectful to me when I just came out the elevator all because I was walking towards the front door while she was mopping the floor and didn’t even bother saying sorry or move out the way for me to go towards the front door when I ask nicely. she also was yelling at me. And how am I supposed to know she was mopping the floor like that dose not make any sense and she needs to be fired. If your not going to do something about it I will sue u guy’s
I’m very happy with the new building manager, Sarahi. She is exceptional- quick, proactive, and always responsive to messages and calls. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents, often seen interacting with them and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The maintenance staff, especially John, is also very helpful and efficient.
