Do NOT use My place self storage. They had us down under a different unit #. For 14 months we had paid for our unit, until one day we went and eve thing was gone. I can get over all the furniture & exoesive items, it’s the last 30 years of Christmas decoration that were hand made by child, & my great grandma & decades of photo albums. Never a live person in property, and hard to get anyone live to help you. Not sure if there is any security.
Edit: they finally took care of my issues but they do make it difficult to cancel your unit. It would get 4 stars but they keep raising the prices significantly. 2 price raises in less than 2 years.

I wish I had of picked a storage company where I can easily contact the managers. I have a unit and have been trying for weeks to get in contact with someone to help me, yet nothing. I have not received any call backs. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous. I will be moving my things to another satisfying company!
