Easy online rental and the fact we got 2 months free. Location is great. Security keeping our stuff safe is number one. 24 hr access is awesome because of work schedules. All around love the size of the unit and price range is great, having insurance makes us feel better. All around 5 stars from us
The initial rental they gave me was full of somebody else's stuff but a quick call straighten that out! Excellent customer service
Do not rent here. Rented about 2 months ago. Now bought by this company. I paid for 2 months ahead, but got an additional charge to bring it to the end of September. No one on site. Ended the rental, but still had to pay the charge. Ripoff. I will certainly let others know to avoid this dump. Plenty of options elsewhere.
Do NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They took over stop n Store it where I was a customer for over 10 years. I got a letter saying I have an automatic lease. I have no idea what they are charging me. I've been to the office 3 times to pay my bill and no one is there. It looks like a ghost town. I've called numerous times and waited hours. I've even pressed one for their callback which I never received. I talked to one person who put me on hold and told me there had to be someone in the office, he must of just stepped out.
