It's really nice that I don't get bothered constantly while I'm at my storage unit. Anywhere else I've gone and had a storage I've constantly been harassed really. Thank. you 10 Federal.
Website gave me 3 units that equaled the size I booked. Naturally my vehicle would not fit. I had to wait on hold for over a 1/2 hour to get it resolved . There AI tool is terrible and should be scrapped. The person I talked to however was fantastic and we got it figured out. He literally gets 5 stars and I really appreciate it. But it should not take being on hold forever. Also no one is on site and it's a little sketchy.
