He took the time to listen and look into the issue I was having; not wanting my payment to draft on a Monday, but rather on pay-day. He made the necessary changes to my account and resolved the issue.
Took me a few phone calls to get my deposit back but I got it. The easy access to my unit was great
I wouldn’t recommend renting at this place for the reasons below. This storage place was called cube smart when I moved in and it was great. The employees were helpful and always there to answer the phone or assist in any way needed on site. Now that 10 federal has taken over this place has went to crap. No one on site, no one to answer phone calls. I’ve tried calling the number and have just been put on hold.
