New management, increased bill by adding additional fees without notifying tenant. Broke their contract, offered nothing to fix the issue. If they do not want anyone's business, then I guess they'll go out of business.
I've had wonderful experiences with Extra Space Storage in Clayton. The property is clean, well lit & feels safe when I'm there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kayleigh who always goes the extra mile to make sure it's a positive experience.
I like this storage company. The price is wonderful. They do not charge a deposit, you just pay for the size of the unit and make your payments on time and they don’t bother you. It’s clean and easy access in and out. I see this company as very consider of an individuals needs. They do not over charge. To me that’s an A+ company.
Angela (one of the owners) refused to take my payment “to protect privacy information” for a loved one that is sick. no information was asked to be disclosed, just simply to make a payment. I will follow up with the better business bureau. This business is an absolute joke and she lack professionalism.
