Absolutely avoid this company if you can. I moved in when it was still owned by Hill and Homes. They were fantastic. 10 Federal Storage bought it and just like most national conglomerates that are trying to maximize profit for investors, it’s all about how much extra money they can squeeze out of you. They will find every excuse they can to charge you a plethora of additional fees on top of their already exorbitant monthly rate. Don’t walk, run away!!
Literally the worst customer service ever. Been on hold three times now for over 30 minutes and never get a person. They cannot seem to get things right and there is no way to get to a human to get it fixed.
It was super easy to rent a unit online. Good selection of locations and decent price. Found a location super close to my house which was a huge plus.
10 federal storage in palisade is a great location, good price, easy in and out self storage, and was easy to rent online. An introverts dream. Unit was clean and ready for me 👍
