The process was easy and the storage unit is nice. The price is terrific. I’m very pleased.
Federal has the nicest people, hands down! When they sent a link for reservations, I accidentally let it expire. No worries, they gave me a call and walked me through the process. Moving in is so easy! I would recommend Federal Storage to anyone needing this service!
It was very easy to rent online and had no problems getting into the gate or storage unit when we got there. Everything is nice and clean. Very affordable for the size, too!
Worst experience, you get the il illusion of a simple process of doing everything online. They send you a code for the gate and for your locker, but they're saying you a five digit code 4 digit padlock. You call and you get an AI voice. That sounds nice.If it doesn't get at you anywhere, they keep sending you that five digit code, and if you have people to help you unload and move all your stuff at a specific time.
