We moved into a unit when Hill and Homes owned the location. The rates were very competitive and affordable. After 10 Federal bought it out, rates have skyrocketed. We managed to negotiate a slightly better rate at one point. 2 months later they are jacking the rent by $120 or 60%. Overall in the less than 2 years we've been in the unit, they have raised the rent by $174 or 120%. I had to call your service to get into the storage facility because I was given the wrong number for the lock but other than that I am happy with the facility and clean storage
They got my storage unit set up very quickly. I had an issue getting into the site initially but when I called, I had no problem reaching someone that helped me out. Thank you!
Every experience with 10 federal storage has been great.
Absolutely avoid this company if you can. I moved in when it was still owned by Hill and Homes. They were fantastic. 10 Federal Storage bought it and just like most national conglomerates that are trying to maximize profit for investors, it’s all about how much extra money they can squeeze out of you. They will find every excuse they can to charge you a plethora of additional fees on top of their already exorbitant monthly rate. Don’t walk, run away!!
