My stuff was ate up by rats and water damage from rain coming in the unit. Don’t waste your money on this place they denied my claim and I had pictures to show. They will never get another dime from me. I encourage anyone to go somewhere else they don’t care about you or your property. They just want your money.
Spend your money somewhere else This place is ran by no one, just a kiosk where you can be connected to a random person if you have any questions. Unfortunately, April (the person we spoke to today) had to forward our questions to a manager, Anna. Anna called my us back while we were driving and left a voicemail saying that she didn't understand our question and to give her a call back.
