It was so easy and convenient to rent space at 10 Federal. I like the way everything is done on line. The 24 hour access is super helpful. Really love the easy out feature.
Edit to my review I will give them 3 stars. They did fix the gate for a while but too many times I have gone by there and the gate was broken. Now they have charged me a 20.00 late fee on a bill that was not late. When I provided the PMT history to them they changed their story and is now stating it is a rate increase. Funny how it worked out to be exactly 20.00 . That is just bad business. I never got a notice that there was an increase in rent. This is ridiculous amount for a facility that has the problems this place does.... read more
