I thought I can afford this I can still keep my stuff well at the end of the day at what price is it worth my patience and time. I had tried reaching out to them several times about returning my lock they said they would remove it no problem well 2 days later I get a call saying they cut the wrong lock now I am out a lock and have to get a new one and get it on their and there bullshit of they tried reaching us well that's funny we don't have any emails or missed calls. Run don't walk away from this place
Just moved in so hard to say how it will go long term, but will say absolutely no one on site and trying to get assistance is not easy or "on the spot" if needed.
Easiest and fastest way to get a storage and the fixed pricing for the first month was a huge help
