It was a little difficult at first because I don't know much about technology. I didn't realize there wouldn't be anybody in the office anymore so when I arrived I was a little confused. But then I called and a very nice young man answered and he walked me through the whole process. He stayed on the phone with me the whole time and we got through it and he was very patient and very nice and I'd like to really say thank you to the representative that walked me along and got my storage unit.
It's an ok facility. Front gate never seems to be locked, had issues with lock in first unit. Billing has been messed up every month( on promotion and discount wasn't being applied). Only need for short term so dealing with it, but not sure I would rent again. Customer service has been good and helpful getting issues resolved, but there is no one on site so dealing with a busted lock was very frustrating. Also don't know if front gate has ever been fixed.
It was quick and easy.
