Our rental unit payment nearly doubled without explanation. This seems predatory. But hey, at least they've raised their revenue by 7% this quarter thanks to rental increases. I hope the company owners are enjoying luxury vacations on our dimes.

Do not store your stuff I REPEAT do not store your stuff I bought a unit here and put everything in there on a Tuesday and went back on a Saturday and EVERYTHING I owned was stolen and I used their lock they provided until I came my next visit which was Saturday and they literally stole my whole life of stuff in one week and I made a police report and file an insurance claim and they denied my claim and the insurance was for $3000 and I had way more valuables than $3000 and they DENIED my claim like seriously I’m LIVID… I kn... read more
