My kids storage unit was broken into in High Point NC police came with crime scene investigation, building searched . No call back or response from storage management or corporate, every thing is open for the taking
DO NOT USEEEEE THIS STORAGE!!!! MY STUFFF WAS STOLEN FROM HERE. WHEN THE POLICE GOT HERE, THEY TOLD ME THERE HAS BEEN OVER 200 BREAK INS IN AT THIS PLACE!!!! AT WHAT POINT DO WE TAKE BETTER SAFETY MEASURES?!?!? I BELIEVE THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB! I TRIED CALLING THEM AND NO ONE ANSWERED OR GOT BACK WITH ME. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU????WHATEVER IT IS, DO NOT DO BUISNES WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!
Do not store here. Your property is not safe. My daughter is an HPU student and she stored her belongings here at the end of spring semester. When she returned today and opened up her unit, it had been ransacked and anything of value had been stolen. The lock was perfectly in tact and the door was not damaged. This is definitely an inside job and I'm now seeing other reviews that experienced the same issue. I have reached out to the management company but have not yet received a call back.
