They called 20 times when I was researching. Moved out using the portal and they still charged me. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes with no end in site. Chat has had floating dots for 5 minutes. This has not been a great experience.
Beware: This facility is inherently insecure. It has a pitched roof design, but the interior walls don’t extend to the ceiling, leaving enough room for a person to climb over. Some thief has figured this out, rented a unit, and spends his time climbing from one to another. Anything large enough not to fit through the gap is safe, but everything else will eventually be stolen. My unit, 1170, was burglarized in this manner.
