I was able to get my unit online sent me all the information I needed clean space .great security. I would recommend 10 federal to anyone that is looking for a safe place to keep your stuff .very customer friendly , clean environment to store your stuff with no hassel.

Only place I will store my things and feel safe leaving it there.
Terrible storage unit to rent. My unit has been broken into and stuff stolen twice. You can never get in contact when you need help or to file a claim. Nothing is done to help when you need it. I've had a total of $12,000 in items stolen and they wont do anything. I doubt they will ever make it right. Im tempted to start a lawsuit for theft and damages. Especially when I pay so much for a unit in a secure area.
