This storage facility like to price gouge, by raising my rent from $20/mo to $90/mo within 6 months. After this bad review, instead of helping me lower my price, they retaliate by custom pricing my unit to $120/mo. and forge my signature. I don't even know how this is legal. They do whatever they can to trap your stuff in their unit (marketing on $20/mo), then raise the price as far as possible until you move out. Very shady and scummy business practice. I would rather deal with someone else.
Easy to sign up and pay
One of the Springfield, IL locations is NOT at the address listed on the website. However, this is a super easy facility to use and well-kept. I love that they provide a lock for you and offer support 24/7!
Happy to find they have parking spots to rent. Very quick and easy to get started online, maybe 5 minutes and we were opening the gate. Happy with it so far!
