I did everything over the phone and online. Simple, quick, hassle free and all my boxes were checked. I even got a free lock.
Well, there’s not an option for zero stars. This place is an absolute JOKE! There’s never a manager on site or anyone to help. The gate was broken for over a week, couldn’t access our belongings and was told to just deal with it pretty much. We only had this unit for a week. I requested a refund and got it within a week. So, the best part of this whole experience was my timely refund 🤦♀️😀
