My 2016 travel trailer 35 ft was stolen last week from this storage facility my husband tried to call and talk to them and the hung up on him saying he was trying to record conversation which is false. But they haven’t returned any of our phone calls and emailed us a bill for next month
This facility is good at raising their rates and forgetting to send emails within 30 days. They state on their website that you can store valuable and important documents but in their lease clearly state it's not allowed. If something is wrong at your unit they won't bother communicating with you. They'll simply send you a move out email. And then still try to charge you for next months rent. Absolutely recommend getting a unit here it is highly safe and secured also being 24 hr makes your day to day life easier! 10 out of 10!!!!
