there is much to be said about contractual agreements..And even though i have not resolved the current difficulty im having with 10 Federal, I still give them 4 stars... why,? The managers stick to the contractual agreements in hand.., and my problem lies with a different contract...on the former tenant... who thinks his contract had been concluded...Another contract cant be submitted until he(former tenant) has cleared his position as active tenant.. Though my position is precarious, 10 federal has stuck to thier position..... read more
