Getting a storage unit has never been easier.
I was confused at first, how to get in without anybody there but it ended up being really easy. Nice units easy to access once you know what you’re doing. And clean.
Have had my unit for less than a year. Have had multiple rate increases without advance notice. Can never speak to anyone on the phone. Have called multiple times and sat on hold as long as two hours (literally on my Bluetooth) and never got to speak to anyone. I found a nicer storage facility in town with an office on the property. I’m paying $40+ less a month for a climate control unit the same size as the one I had rented from 10 Federal Storage.
