This is my first time using a rental storage unit. It was easy to enter the code to the facility and to find the unit I reserved. The problem was that I hadn’t pictured how small a 5’ x 10’ was! I had to contact the service department, talked with a guy that was a great help for transferring me to a bigger unit. All handled over the phone in a few minutes. Panic resolved! I really appreciated how helpful he was!
Went up 70 dollars. Totally unacceptable. Looking elsewhere.
