Always a pleasure using the facilities, only complaint is my unit apparently had been hit by something, and the door has issues closing, as the wall is pushed in pretty significantly. Other than that, the facility seems safe and secure. Would give 5 stars if the door and wall wasn’t damaged previous to me renting it.
Super patient with my questions, prompt availability with my needs, helped me save money by storing 2 Corvettes in one RV bay instead of two parking spaces!
The reserving and acquiring the building was very easy. The property is clean. We had a issue with the lights, but they jumped on it very quickly. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
Worst facility experience. The gate was left open for weeks, and now they require you to scan a QR code to access the property. When the QR code wasn’t working for me, I contacted customer service. The Automated system sent a message to the gate, but the gate still didn’t receive the signal. Then the automated AI system created a service request to check the gate.
