Getting things lined up was okay til I asked about the promotion offered online that I booked. Was told my first full month was free and a free lock included. When I called about where to pick that up, I was told that it isn't offered anymore and she wasn't sure why that was still posted. She had someone else previously ask about it and it wasn't offered then!!! Fix your website people!!!!
Very easy to deal with. Provide great customer service too.
I just started putting my things in yesterday and I love it recommended you to a friend of mine yesterday
The process went smoothly.
