DO NOT rent here! I repeat DO NOT rent here! Even with the police station being 2 minutes away, DO NOT RENT HERE! The cameras do not work. They do not have this high security system that they advertise on their site. They do not have a watch night person reviewing cameras. They do not have a local number to call even through the area code is local. Customer service is our sourced. My storage along with 2 others were broken into. Possibly more. Eraldo was wonderful! I was able to be transferred and speak with him since he was who I started talking to which was great because I didn’t have to explain everything more than once! Eraldo took care of everything I needed! It’s great when company’s have wonderful employees! Thanks Eraldo!
I suppose it was just a little jarring to have a “no human experience” while checking in, but still pretty seamless. Clean space that’s easy to access any time. I sure am glad I purchased a dolly from Walmart, though. I’d definitely recommend renting a unit from Federal with those things in mind!
