Police told me the place gets robbed all the time. I received a call today that my unit was found without a lock and that they placed a new one. They failed to mention that every unit was found without a lock and was ransacked. I found that out once I left work early and drove over. There are no cameras. And if you want past the front gate, you just text a number. Terrible security. Additionally, they’re much more expensive than nearby storage centers.
Constant rent increases and then trying to justify it with the economy. Really sorry stuff. I'm paying nearly 50% more than what I started at less than 2 years ago. Find another facility that won't grift you this hard. Edit: I was feeling bad about this review until I came back to find my mouse droppings all over my things. Happy to be leaving.
The staff is super nice, and really helpful in choosing a suitable unit!
