I’ve been at this storage facility for years before Curio Storage took over management, my storage unit was broken into and thousands of dollars of items were stolen. Filed a claim through the Safe Lease tenants portal, the insurance company Curio deals with. Got denied. The Safe Lease insurance agent explained to me that Curio Storage never had me as the insured. Even though, I paid for the insurance every month. You see I’m a business person myself, and if I say I’m going to do something, it will be done. No hassle..
Came to get some stuff from my unit and my lock was gone, open the unit and it was upside down missing a lot of my stuff and there’s no phone number to call the one I have lady says they’re not the owners anymore but it is still the same company charging me for the unit. I Hope cops can get the responsable for this!
Have had my storage 4 years and all the things I stored are well taking care of. Very well done
Good location and price. Im a return customer. We used a few years ago and when we needed another went here.
