Line is always busy. Drivers drive 5-10 under the speed limit and flip you off if you pass them legally which I just experienced. Guess people forget you can pass on dotted yellow lines.
Jerry P was polite, courteous and responsible. Allowed me to use usb port to charge my dying phone. He said if I needed to stop at any time during our three hour drive to let him know. When we were stopped and I was outside vaping he told me I could take my time. I was very appreciative of his positive attitude and customer-first approach to service. Car was very clean. I don’t have one bad thing to say. If I ever needed a ride home from Ottumwa again I would absolutely call on them again.
The drivers are inconsiderate and treat riders very rude. I was in tears twice when dropped off. Company won't do anything.
