Judy and Scott and Cassandra were so nice and so helpful, they were a large part of what made us want to live here. Having people on site who care so personally about the place and take such pride in it is so important. Unfortunately it did take a lot of back and forth to figure things out with the suits on the back end, but our on the ground contacts were with us every step of the way. 10 Reid Dr was a wonderful place for our son. It is located near the UofT campus, and yet close to the charming Streetsville! Judy, the superintendent of the building, who I had the pleasure to meet and get to know during my son’s years there, was absolutely wonderful. She treated my son with warmth and kindness, which we will always be thankful for. She kept the place impeccable and with a cheerful atmosphere. This is a great place to live, very close to UofT, and close to the lively Streetsville. I was lucky to find a very clean, safe, and calm place to live while studying. Judy and Scott were the best superintendents. Both of them went out of their way to maintain a pleasant environment for me, and we’re always happy to be of help. The other tenants are also very friendly and kind. I will miss this place.
This is a great place!! I totally recommend. I’m a university student away from home but Judy made sure I would feel at home here. There’s great customer service!
Cassandra gave us a tour of a couple apartments. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions.
