We lived here for three years, and our experience was excellent. Judy is an amazing person and an outstanding property manager. Everything was always clean, well organized, and maintained, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. This was our first home in Canada, and Judy was the first person we met here. She supported us in every way and made us feel truly at home from the very beginning. We are deeply grateful to her and will always appreciate everything she did for us.
Cassandra B, was a pleasure to correspond with and was gracious and knowledgeable when viewing the unit I was interested in. She took the time to answer all questions I had and was very patient with me. Would feel confident with dealing with her again.
From inquiring about the apartment buildings to the tours and application process, everything was seamless thanks to Cassandra and Judy. Following my tour, Cassandra, the leasing agent went above and beyond to ensure I had every thing I needed to confidently apply for the beautiful unit I viewed. I lived very close to Streetsvile before I moved to 14 Reid Drive three years ago. When I decided to move out of my old place, I wanted to live near the Credit River because I walk on the trail along the river everyday. Naturally for me, 10 & 14 Reid Drive are good location for me, they are just by the side of the river.
