Very skilled and helpful!
Halfway through our trip to the US for the World Cup, I managed to break my glasses the night before. I found 10/10 Optics as it was close to our hotel, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They repaired my glasses in about 10 minutes and wouldn't accept any payment. Outstanding customer service and a real lifesaver while travelling. I can't thank them enough!
I visited New York from Chicago and realized I forgot my contacts in Chicago. Your staff helped me and the were very kind, gracious and knowledgeable. Thank you for baling me out of what could have been a real problem. Great business!!
