This company took about a year to not be able to sell my property. If you are the seller I would stay as far away from these people as possible, everything they do is in favor of the buyer. They did not advertise my property at all, it was only put on the MLS with awful photographs. After me giving them a year to sell my property I found interested parties (some less than a mile away) who had no idea it was even for sale. This company cost me upwards of $60k.
