Called to set up service and spoke with Jessica on her cleaning our home. Came home early from work to meet with her on 2/25/22 at 1pm. We set our appointment on Wednesday 2/23/22. Texted her twice on the service date to confirm our appointment with no response first part of the day. Tried calling 3 times with no answer. I left work early still to meet her in case she was having phone issues. Waited till 1:20 with her not showing up or calling.
