Excellent deep tissue massage by Jim! It has been a while since I have had a deep tissue massage, and this session got me back on track after suffering some stiff upper back muscles from workouts. He was immediately able to help work out a really sore muscle in my upper back, which relieved the pain much sooner than it would have worked out. Highly recommend Jim!

After just one session, I'm already looking forward to the improvements I’ll experience through regular visits. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tension or chronic pain.
I got a 60 minute sports massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. The pressure was just right and I felt so relaxed that when the massage was done, my state of relaxation carried on throughout the day. I was having some pain in my right knee prior to booking my massage and my knee felt better after. Jim also gave me some helpful stretches for my knees when I asked. I plan on getting a monthly massage here from now on for my physical and mental health and I suggest you do the same.
First timer @ 1 Touch Relaxed! I can honestly say it was a really great experience for my first time getting a deep tissue massage. Jim did an amazing job relaxing my tense muscles and getting rid of my knots. Definitely scheduling more sessions to relieve muscles tension and stress. Highly recommend! ^^
