The massage was great will definitely be back again
I’ve had sciatica pain for about 10 years now. Over the years I have been misdiagnosed multiple times with herniated disk, IT band issues and never found the true source of issues. Jim was quickly able to help identify the underlying problems leading to this pain with tightness and large knots in piriformis muscle, pelvic, glute and quad areas near the IT band. I went to 1 Touch Relaxed a few weeks ago for my first 75-minute deep tissue massage with Jim. I had been having pain in my lower back and legs, and he did a really good job working on those areas. I felt a lot better afterward, and the pain was noticeably relieved. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be going back to Jim for another massage.
I’ve had a great experience with Jim and would highly recommend his services! He is very accommodating with scheduling and does his best to work with your preferred time whenever possible. Before each massage, he takes the time to ask about any problem areas or specific concerns so he can tailor the session to your needs.
