We called because we were having issues with our old water heater. David and Felipe arrived on time and were able to diagnose, provide a quote, and resolve our issues the same morning. They replaced our water heater and ensured everything in our home was receiving hot water before leaving. Additionally, we appreciated the professionalism and that cleaned up everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

We noticed a leak late on a Saturday night which covered most of my basement floor. There’s a lot of plumbing companies that claim to be 24-7/emergency, but 1-Tom was the only company that was actually willing to come right away. Alex arrived at 1am and diagnosed the root cause of the issue. He was able to get it to a manageable state, and came right back at 9am Sunday to do the full repair. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Alex’s workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism. 1-Tom now has a customer for life.
Alex is a great guy and a very thorough and organized plumber. I appreciated him very much. I’m taking off a star only because of the price which was WAY too much.
