Had two faucets replaced, Kitchen and Bathroom. Curtis did an excellent job. He has quite the sense of humor. A very nice man. I would definitely recommend 1-TOM-PLUMBER to anyone needing plumbing services.
Felt like a money grab. No supplies to do any repairs. Very confrontational. Ended up going to Mclendons and picking up supplies and doing it myself. Very disappointed and will never recommend your outfit.
Impressive business tactic! I learned something from this business, their business tactic was dirty. And I will not be a fool again. I sent the toilet info to 1-Tom-Plumber and set the service price, $350 per toilet installation. However, when the service technician showed up at the job site and increased the service fee to $450, due to the weight of the toilet. Summer and Tyler did an amazing job with our full-house repiping. Summer is brilliant with copper pipe and it looks like a beautiful art installation under our sinks. Both Summer and Tyler were great sports doing the hard work up in the hot attic. They were really pleasant to have in our home, kept the place clean during a (7 day!) big project and they stayed positive and creative as they encountered many challenges in our unique (AKA old and outdated) home.
