I live in an apartment complex and had a back up in the plumbing. I was told to expect someone between 2-5:30. Cameron showed up just a little after 2 and had everything fixed, plus he cleared my shower drain of hair within an hour. Cameron was very professional and respectful with my family and got the job done well and quick. I would 100% recommend to anyone with plumbing problems!
This was the first time calling this company and the customer service was great. They sent Jeremy and two others over for a leak inspection for the property, he called the office to let me know they were here to complete the leak inspection. The communication that was provided by Jeremy was excellent during the time that they performed inspections and to narrow down if the was a problem!!! I would definitely call them again! Thank you!
I AM the maintenance supervisor for an apartamento complex that had a clogged sewer Main. We called 1 Tom Plumber and They sent Cam. He showed up right on time. And was able to quickly assessed the property and had us up and running within 30 minutes of his Arrival. I highly recommend Cam!
