1-Tom-Plumber is awesome! They were available at 10:45 pm when our shower wouldn’t turn off! Michelle actually answered the phone = no voicemail! She responded immediately and sent Eric Estelle out within the hour! Eric was excellent and he turned off our water until he could get the part needed the next day. By 9 am the next day, Michelle called me and had an arrival time for Eric around 11 am to fix the broken part! I didn’t even have to follow-up with them to schedule.
