I cannot speak highly enough about Alex from 1Tom Plumber. He came on a Sunday. He was on time, very knowledgeable, very informative, and a quality individual. He immediately diagnosed my problem, came up with a plan, and got my water flowing again. I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use Alex again for any future plumbing needs I may have. The cost was also very reasonable and fair for the work that was done.
Edward was wonderful. He fixed our problem after hours and was very considerate about being quiet so he didn’t bother my sleeping kids/dogs. He fixed the problem very quickly and truly saved the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Amazing quick and professional
We were recommended 1-Tom-Plumber by another plumbing company for hydro jetting of our sewer pipes as they noticed significant build up in some areas. Chris and his partner did a fantastic job explaining the process and even showing me all of the buildup on the camera and then the cleaned pipes after they were done. Glad to know that 20 years of build up is now gone!
I had 3 plumbers in the past year come to fix a leaking shower faucet. They all failed. So called 1-Tom. Brenen and his helper arrived on time. Both were very professional and friendly. Brenen diagnosed the problem and visually explained what needed to be done. He then quoted me the price for the work on his iPad, I ok'd it and he and helper fixed it fast.
