The team of Chase, Draven, Chris, and Troy were very professional and the job was done with the price quoted. They cleaned up the area and since I have ASTHMA and the team took care you use a filtered shop vac to minimize the dust. Job well done.
They refuse to provide any sort of pricing to replace a shower valve and fixtures without first sending someone to your home and charge you $79. Is this a local plumber thing as I’ve never had any other contractors want to charge without providing any estimate. I even offered to send photos of the bathtub and valve along with the current wall access to the valve and still refused pricing.
I wanted 3 bathroom faucets installed that I had already purchased. They “couldn’t” share any pricing info with me when booking the appointment. When the tech arrived he told me the company has a minimum price of 299.00 per faucet if I supply the faucet. Why couldn’t the company share that previously? So, just around 900.00 for 3 bathroom faucets. When you say no, they charge you 79.00 for showing up to tell you about their insanely inflated labor costs. This company is a scam.
