I've used Ty''s services twice (once on a washing machine and once on a dishwasher); both times he was able to fix the appliance quickly and proficiently -- saving me the cost of replacing the appliances. I'll continue to call Ty, and highly recommend him.
Great and quick service.
Fair price and showed up quickly to address the issue with our dryer heating element. Very thorough diagnostics and tested everything to determine it was the timer. Was very upfront about that it’s the most expensive part to replace and that b/c of COVID there is a shortage on replacement parts. Told us we would have better luck looking for a used dryer which was a little cheaper than the price it would have been to fix it. And that’s what we ended up doing. Would highly recommend!
Top notch service at a fair price. 1 Tech is my go to repair company for my appliances. He showed up on time and ready to work. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. I highly recommend this company.
