Never use this company they destroyed our roof. Ran a truck into our wall. Forgot to get permits form the city before they started work and now wont return any of my calls.
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Be careful before purchasing!!!! This company has horrible communication and does not live up to their offering. 1) I was told they have a 24 hour monitoring system prior to purchasing, I found out 2 days ago that the communication has been off since last August and the company has not sent any notifications, not they are saying, they don’t offer that service. 2) my sales representative completed ghosted me after telling me he’ll cover the additional charges from NY Energy (yes, I have text proof) 3) I have not le... read more
