Ben, is a nasty old man who yelled at my 81-year-old mother to never come back and to take your business somewhere else just because she had had some work done on her car by another shop only on account that someone in the family insisted she do it for her own safety she had gotten some front tires also from another dealer and he yelled at her and said never come back here my mom has been a A repeat customer for a number of years and that’s the way she was treated don’t ever go to the shop stay away from that nasty old man!
We have been going to Ben for the last 6 years & I wouldn't dream of taking one of our cars anywhere else! His team is knowledgeable, friendly & most important, honest. They do great work & I appreciate that they save & show the parts that were replaced & explain what they are doing. It's nice feeling included in the work (even if I can't do it myself). Their pricing is really fair too. I would 100% recommend #1 Stop Shop to all my friends!
We've taken our cars to Ben for the past 5 years and we could not be happier with his honesty, his excellent diagnosing of the problems, and the results of his work. Brakes click click squeek! Went to One Stop Shop to see Cruz.....quiet :) Done! In/out in less then 2 hours. Ben (owner) is very fair priced, customer friendly, honest and a super nice guy. We will never take our cars any where else :) Thanks Ben once again for great service !!
