Complete dirtbag owner Brett a ghost as he hides in the shadows as a coward as he is hunted down for scamming ..owes my company over 10k started direct billing his scam co and removing all material from all stores which have all my material same time hunting down him in NY and Fla..best advice to all of you is direct bill his customers and call the attorney General he will be out of business soon enough for us we are doing all and hunting him down ..will find ..all cowards are found

Eiram, Alan, Terry, and a supposedly "no longer with us" CEO, Brett Finkelstein are disreputable. We were asked to do an electrical service call, by Terry, at AT&T in Pewaukee, WI in November 2022 and we're still not paid. We were asked to do an electrical service call, by Alan, at T-Mobile on S. 108th St, Milwaukee in January 2023, also, still not paid. They do not return emails or phone calls. 1Stop start thinking about your future with all these bridges you're burning!

Yes we could pretty much just copy and paste the experience of others. Alan from 1 stop called us about an emergency HVAC call at T mobile on 2265 Edgewood Ave West, 32209. He said we'd be paid within 30 days, 60 days later we start getting the run around "I'll CC you in an email with the CEO and AP." Ah yes criminals indeed. In order to do business with these people, you will need to send a lot of notice to owner's, and be prepared to follow lien laws.

I would give 0 start on this people. They scammer. You have to run after your money. CEO is the joke , DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE.

I just got threatened by the mity CEO Brett Finkelstein for filing a complaint with the BBB. It was complaint #26 against 1 Stop Maintenance... **ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!IT HAS BEEN POSTED BY FINKELSTEIN'S EMPLOYEES THAT HE PAYS THEM $20 BUCKS FOR EACH FAKE REVIEW THEY POST!!! My company was contacted by 1 stop several months ago to perform some maintenance and install some clothing racks in a high end gift shop. Our Tech's were onsite within a few hours and completed all the requested tasks the same day. ... read more

One stop maintenance hired us as a vendor to complete work. Guaranteed us payment within 30 days. After 6 months of chasing the owner, his own employees reached out to him requesting to pay the bills. He not only ignored myself in reference to payment but also ignored his employees. Please be careful prior to doing business with this company. Would appreciate if the owner could reach out to me and resolve this issue.

1 Stop Maintenance cleaned out my attic and removed all the old insulation and replaced it with new insulation. They also sealed & sanitized everything and added some plywood. I am very happy with the outcome-- it has turned a dirty, inefficient, unusable mess into a very clean and usable storage area! The whole process was very easy with no surprises. Great service!

Just got my A/C installed. Contacted the business and was emailing as well while we were figuring out dates. Found them through a referral/friend & saw their reviews on Yelp. The installation was a one day process. Seemed very easy and simple. Great and fast results. The team was punctual, professional and friendly. I Highly Recommend 1 Stop Maintenance.

Fantastic company to work with. We called a few companies but 1 Stop Maintenance came through with the best bid and the quickest response. They set everything up fast and completed the installation of the insulation real fast. The workers were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. Would recommend them to my friends and family.
