The company did not honor its guarantee. They assured me that all work came with a six-month warranty, yet when the lock failed in less than a month, they demanded full payment for another repair.
The work was of extremely low quality. It was rushed, careless, and created more problems than it solved, badly service.
I had a great experience with Zack! He was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would within 30 minutes. He even traveled from Fresno to Sanger to help me out. I called around for quotes, but Zack gave me the best price by far. Other places wanted $220 just for one key and another $100 for the remote, but he did both for only $200.
