I got a fob key and spare key with Zack on November 2025. Came around August 2026, the fob remote has been malfunctioning. After a few weeks, it completely died. I thought it was the battery. I swapped it to a new battery and it still didn’t work. Nothing worked. I contacted Zack to see if there was a reprogramming issue or whatsoever. He told me I am out of the 6 months warranty but he will check it out and if it’s the program and if it is, it will be free of charge. This guy did an amazing job .he extracted my broken key of my ignition switch and made a new key in like 10 minutes. And was also very affordable
Impressed with the level of professionalism. Easy to communicate with, responsive to messages, and quality exceeded expectations. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area. They sent before-and-after photos as the project progressed so I always knew where things stood.
