After the storm in 2018, had Howie work on several projects. The exact spot in the siding had come loose once before and he had told us if we ever had an issue to reach out to him. He did fix it that time. Then we had him build a deck in the back yard. We stopped progress on it once because we weren’t happy with how the deck was going. I've used this company twice in the past 10 years. Both times to repair a storm damaged roof on our home. I sought bids from other companies and this one came in as the low bid both times. The second time, we included a door replacement on our home. Mr. Sutton was quick to get the roof work done, but it took several weeks, calls with him telling me he was come do the work for our door and then not show up. I even took a day off work for him to get it done and he did not show up. But when he did, the work looked great. All in... read more

1 Stop Construction started replacing my roofing and siding in early May and still has not finished the project. They hired out two different subs, which I was fine with, but the siding "crew" was a one guy that had spotty help. He also ended up in jail right before finishing and has yet to finish the job. I have tried to work around their schedule and they have failed to respond to numerous calls and messages. It's August and the job is still not finished.
