I bought a used suv and took it to 1 Stop the next day to be detailed. The suv was very clean from the dealership, but I could smell something off in the carpets and I thought it would be nice to have the details cleaned and the carpets shampooed. When I got my suv the carpets were wet, not damp, WET! They were dirtier than before- most likely the water pulled up the dirt but the carpet never got cleaned.
