I'm really grateful this is the first AC repair that called me back. They gave me up front pricing and showed up on time. Unfortunately we had a different company install our HVAC. It was done badly. Our tech did a great job of determining what the problem was. I didn't know how bad our AC was until they fixed it. When it's time to replace our units and get some duct work done, these are the guys.

I’m giving 2 Stars because they were not clear on their price per hour. I called first thing in the morning and was given $100 per hour rate. They didn’t get someone out until 5:15pm. Since it was after 5pm, it ended up being $150 per hour. No one told me the price difference until after service was rendered. I had to pay $162 for a fuse to be replaced in my AC unit. I got thorough service from the tech, but unclear pricing overall. Be aware.
