My experience with this agency was a study in contrasts. While I want to acknowledge Julio Unzueta for being an ethical professional, my experience with the other selling agent was absolutely traumatic. We felt professionally trapped by an exclusivity contract that was used to pressure us into decisions that did not serve our best interests. From the outset, Victoria and 1 Source Realty provided excellent service, from initial visit to the home through closing. Communication was good, and they offered digital document processing for added convenience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of real estate services.
Do not recommend. Total lack of communication while selling our home.
