Cancelling a party for a 5 year old, five days before the party date? Not okay. Not okay. Not okay!! You’re obviously not embarrassed or frustrated enough to make good on your word as a business owner. Sad to say the least.

It is certainly not our intention to disappoint our customers or their families. Of our six employees, two are trained to host our children's parties. When neither were available for that date, a fact that was communicated to our customer, we contacted a former employee who has done parties in the past. Initially, she committed to the party.
