We hired 1 Shot Maintenance for top dressing a large acre lot. Dennis and his sons obtained the material wanted, accepted delivery at their own home and then brought it to our home. They arrived precisely at the date and time they promised. Dennis and his sons worked to spread 14 cu yards of material. They were friendly, efficient, very effective from start to end. We used this company for a few months to maintain our lawn and landscaping. They rarely showed up and with they did the quality was lacking. We agreed to weekly service and during the winter they did not cut the lawn and still tried to charge us the same monthly amount. We cut the lawn more than they did. Do not use this service.

We had sod laid in our yard this Spring. Half of it was dead within a month. We attempted to reach 1 Shot several times and never heard back. We even sent pics and no reply. There are too many landscapers around to hire rather than a company who can’t be bothered to return a text or call. I recommend you use someone else!

I am military used them for my house in Florida. I came to check on my house and his company had broken my rain sensor, weeded and caused my water pipe to leak. Did not take responsibility for anything. I would not recommend them for any yard service.
