It was my usual Subaru check up. It always runs smoothly and quickly. However this time after 2 1/2 hours I noticed my car still in the bay work place. This is way too long for this kind of service. I’ve had three Subarus. I respect this dealership and its employees but 2 1/2 hours,?!! Why??? I’ll still come back but question why it took soooo long.
Friendly and helpful service staff. Bought my Subaru over a year ago and stopped by on my way home from airport, due to the low tire pressure light that wouldn’t turn off. They fit me in right away, found a nail in tire, even set me up to have my tire repaired down the street. No charge to diagnose what was going on with tire!
