I was disappointed when I arrived for a scheduled appointment on a Saturday morning, I dont have alot of time to waste on sitting in a waiting room for an oil change. Apparently Suburu books 50 vehicles at 8:15am. First come first served. So if you arrive 15 minutes early your an hour late. A 30 minute service becomes hours waiting.
I have been going to a different Subaru for service for years, but this is much closer to my home, so I figured I would give it a try. They were very nice on the phone and got me in quickly. However when I got there it was very busy, which is understandable for an early morning appointment. I asked for an estimate and was told an hour and half to two hours. They were ready at my appointment time- no waiting to be helped. The service employee was friendly, clearly explained what needed to be done on the car, and contacted me at the time he predicted they would be finished.
