Todd W made my experience here so easy! He was extremely responsive over the phone, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through the repair process. I really appreciated how honest and transparent he was and that he genuinely wanted to help me save as much money as possible. It’s not always easy to find people you can trust with car repairs, and Todd made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!
I would give negative stars if I could. I had my brakes and rotors replaced in February 2025. Fast foward to December 2025 and I find myself on a roadtrip having to get my brakes and rotors emergency replaced. It appears that they were improperly installed (likely pins not greased). They then continued to ignore my requests for my reciept for the service despite hounding me with calls, texts, and emails to get me in for my next service. Grateful for the honest analysis for the upgrades and repairs needed for my Subaru. (I thought I may hear that more repairs were needed than what I expected.) Comfortable and spacious waiting area. Much appreciated benefits are the shuttle drop off and pick up within 10 miles and my car was washed. Todd and other staff were great including the shuttle drivers.
