Still insists on having someone leaf blowing trash and leaves in a literal circle at 8AM every weekday. Why not later? Why even at all when you just keep doing it everyday? Wonderful questions for the empty brained people at 1 Scott’s Addition. You would think after 4 months of leaf blowing you’d find a better solution then waking the entire neighborhood up over and over again. Don’t live in this complex if you actually enjoy sleeping.
You will have the pleasure of listening to someone leaf blow from 8am to 10am every single morning... only to do it again every single day because they are too incompetent to understand that the leaves blow right back 10 minutes later. However, if you enjoy the sound of loud buzzing every single day feel free to move into the area and take it all in.
Enjoyed my year and a half here. Pros: Staff, Maintenance, Location, Rooftop Pool, Gas Stove, Sky Lights, Reserved Parking from my back door, and Street Access with my front door. Cons: Noise from neighbors echoes upstairs due to high ceilings/thin walls, so an inconsiderate neighbor can hurt the experience. That being said, management is willing and able to act if noise becomes a frequent issue.
